Hi TI.

Questions about TPS40055

HDRV and LDRV pin is not pulse.

1.I want to know which parts of the internal circuitry are destroyed, resulting in no pulses from the HDRV and LDRV pins and a DC output.

2.I want the block diagram in [N-channel Driver] in [7.2 Functional Block Diagram] in the data sheet.

    It is hard to say what exactly got damaged at this point, if something got damaged, and the reason for the damage.

    Furthermore, we can provide an in-depth review of the IC design only for special circumstances.

    First, allow me to ask for your schematic and layout to review.

    This is a high-volume device and I would like to understand if there is something paritcular in your application which is causing the failure.

    How many device failures have you had?
