I have used the ELDC supercapacitor - KR-5R5H474-R, it does not have balance pin, Is this correct ?
In my board, Vout is 0V, it is not charging the supercapacitor. is there any alternate for this

Hi Madhan
Our expert is out of office and will reply to you later.

Hi Madhan,
Sorry for the late reply, please try to configure the capacitor charge level after powering up to see if there is voltage on VOUT.
Besides,we still suggest to use the super capacitor with balance pin, because the BAL function cannot be disabled by register setting, and I think this will affect your application.
For the alternate,if totally 3A flash current is acceptable,LM3644TT is our newest flash device, you can check if it can meet your requirement.
Thanks!
