TPS25948: E-fuse Design

Hi,

I attached the Design file.

1.In our Application, we designed the E-fuse Circuit for 6.5W/7A Load with EMI-Filter. shall we used this E-fuse TPS259482 in medical grade applications?

2. We used 200 UF load capacitance in output. is it okay for our design? or need I reduce the value?

3.Can you please verify the EMI-Filter. It was designed by CLASS A grade in TI EMI Filter Design.

Please verify once and ensure.

Note:

In Above 1st question, we designed the E-fuse Circuit for 7A Load with EMI-Filter.

And also 3rd question, the EMI-Filter was designed by CISPR 22 - CLASS A grade in TI EMI Filter Design.

Hi Jency,

Looks fine. How much is max VIN?

Also I would recommend placing TVS after choke close to eFuse VIN pin to ensure voltage close to eFuse VIN is clamped effectively.
