My customer is in need of information on the UBM (Under Ball Metallization)/SRO (Solder Resist Opening) of this device TPS65132LYFFR.

They need this for their DFM team to define their own land pattern.

BTW, our datasheet has provided the recommended land pattern (page 68), is it ok for customer reference?

Hi Patrick,

Thanks! The land pattern is generally useful but in this case the UBM measurement is needed

The UBM is 230um, but we didn't find the SRO.
