I have used BQ2561 chip for charging circuit.
sharing my software configuration and hardware schematic design for better reference.

Charge Current Limit Register(Add : 0x02 ) 0x11
Precharge and Termination Current Limit Register(Add : 0x03 ) 0x12
Charger Control 1 Register(Add : 0x05 ) 0x9A
Charger Control 2 Register(Add : 0x06 ) 0x16
Charger Control 3 Register(Add : 0x07 ) 0x41
Battery Voltage Limit Register(Add : 0x04 ) 0x40
with this configuration the battery os not charging and it does not wake after deep drain state.
