Hi Jafar, TI SPICE models are not intended to be used in LTSpice and no support can be given if you encounter problems.
It is recommended to use PSpice for TI and Webench.
Please find the attached model.

It is and unfortunately we cannot guarantee its use in LTSpice.
It is known to work in PSpice for TI and Cadence PSpice.
LTSpice is not supported by Texas Instruments.
