The only comment that I have is that you can select the TPS2041DR instead of the TPS2051DR and remove the PMOS inverter to reduce BOM.

As present, we have usage pressure of TPS2051DR inventory. At this stage, we will use TPS2051DR to consume the inventory.

if any suggestion, Please advise me.

Lawrence,

There is no issue with using the TPS2051DR, it just requires the inversion circuit that you have. The other option was a cost savings..

Your circuit will work correctly as draw.
