Hello, 

As a load switch, we are using the TPS22965-Q1 which we qualified for our automotive products. For a new design, we want to use the TPS22811 at a higher voltage (6 to 7V). Please, could you help by providing data regarding die technology, fabrication process, transistor size, spacing, qualifications?
