I read the below document, but it requires SS pin...

Hi Sakai-san,

You would have to measure ss on LMR50410 with vout and sw alone and confirm it is ~1.8ms. Definitions vary, but from our group it is time from first sw pulse to FB at 90% of regulation (ie: 90% of 1V = 900mV)
