Hello team,

we operate the LM5143 in single output(3.3V) 6-phase mode. How to the wire of the slave controllers?

This is the information provided in datasheet. How to provide 0, 60, 120 degree external clock signals?

Please provide any reference circuit for the same.

    Hi,

    In regards to layout, there is no unique criteria for how you route the clock signal. 

    It would be preferable to have the clock signal routing being minimal in length, though, the critieria of the clock signal shape at the chip is relaxed and need not have very sharp edges.

    There is no critieria on a specific termination to be used.
