Hi,

UCC28C40 can do close to 1MHz switching so it is a fast switching device.

Hi,

If the 28V is your output voltage you can use flyback with a transformer isolation so the secondary side you get 28V and since it is isolated you can get the -28V from that secondary winding.

Hi,

No we do not have a reference design to meet your specs. The idea is like the below and you can follow the UCC28C40 design example to make design.

All the same but the secondary side winding output just flip the diode to provide -28V.
