In the datasheet, VIL and VIH are shown below.
But according to the figure, there is conflicts in the data. VIL is 1V and VIH is 1.5V. Could you pls explain? Thanks!

Hi Mingkang,
The EC table provides worst case conditions which include process variation and temperature variation. Worst case you can expect the values in the EC table snapshot that you copied in your original thread.
Figure 5-3 provides a measurement of a typical LDO (as opposed to a worst case solution).
