Hey Dhivya,

The list includes many different package types, MSL, and ESD levels -- so it depends.

Are these devices already mounted onto a PCB, or are they loose parts that you would like to clean before reflowing them onto your PCB?

Hey Dhivya,

Here is a link to some literature regarding cleaning post reflow.

For debugging purposes and not otherwise stated in the datasheet, de-ionized (DI) water or isopropyl alcohol (IPA) may be used to clean our devices. Cold dry air (CDA) may also be used to dry and remove any debris on our devices.

For production, TI recommends you reach out to your flux vendor for recommended solvents and cleaning steps.
