When I read the CHEM ID from BQ20Z75, I send the following commands according to spec, but I can’t find where I can see the return value， can you advise?

You first have to issue the command to ManufacturerAccess (0x00) - this is what you highlighted with a red box.

After 0x0008 was written to 0x00, you can then read the results from ManufacturerAccess.
