Hello,

I am working on LM25037 power consumption on shutdown mode. In the datasheet there is no mention of the shutdown current rating.

Does someone have an idea of how to find the shutdown current value or how to compute it from other parameters?

    Hi,

    No shutdown mode for this device. When VCC not reaches UVLO on or after then above UVLO off, the VCC current is typical 4mA, plus MOSFET driving power. If you stop MOSFET switching then it is 4mA. When below VCC UVLO_ON, or after power on then below VCC_OFF, then the Vin current is up to 45uA typically,

    Hi,

    In the datasheet the shutdown mode refers to the mode when gare drivers outputs and internal regulators are disabled. It happens when UVLO<0.45V.

    I was looking to the input current under this mode and you're right it is 45uA typ.
