UCC27282-Q1: Vdd of UCC27282-Q1

Part Number: UCC27282-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27282, , LM2105, LMG1205

Hi team,

Do we have alternatives for UCC27282-Q1 which the VDD can accept 5V? For UCC27282, seems that nomimal is 12V and min is 5.5V.

My customer wants to use 5V in their system.

BR,

Xiaoying

  • Hi Xiaoying,

We have the LM2105, where the minimum VDD is 5V, but this device does not have an enable pin, and the drive strength is not as strong as UCC27282. We also have a GaN driver like the LMG1205 but the strength is also not as good and there is no enable also. Do you have more information about what the customer is looking for, such as the drive strength, features required, pin count, driver type, etc.?

    Regards,

    Zihao
