TPSM846C23: How many times can the TPSM846C23 non-volatile memory be written?

Part Number: TPSM846C23

We would like to modify the TPSM846C23 output voltage in the field, over-riding the resistor set default by loading a value from non-volatile memory at power-on.

How many times can the non-volatile memory be written? I could not find this in the data-sheet.
