    Bridgeless totem pole PFCs work well for OBCs. This design is interleaved which helps with current ripple. Being at 1.5kW you could get enough power though a single leg, but you may struggle with a current ripple/ large DC bus cap.

    BL TTPLPFC is often preferred because its very compact, bi-directional, and does not use many switches. 

    Passive PFC will not work at these power levels. There are a few other options with boost converters, Bridged boost converter, as well as semi and bridgeless boost converters(like the TotemPolePFC mentioned above).
