We want to use REF35-Q1 5V version in SOT23 package for an automotive design, i.e. REF35500QDBVRQ1
The datasheet and TI inventory states this version is preview.
When will this version be available?
We are close to DV testing and it would be very good if we can get hold of any samples of this part.
Are there samples available of REF35500QDBVRQ1?
Our other option might be to go for the non automotive REF35 for the DV testing, i.e. REF35500QDBVR.
Is this a valid approach? Are REF35 and REF35-Q1 the same part except AEC-Q?, i.e same die but difference in test / manufacuring flow to meet AEC-Q?
