TPS61378-Q1: How do we confirm "Temperature Cycle" test as "passed"?

Hi team,

We found TPS61378QWRTERQ1 "TC test" result is "pass" on the link https://www.ti.com/qualificationsummary/qualsumm/home?actionId=2800 as below.

How did you confirm "TC test result" as "passed"? Was it confirmed by SAT (SAT：Scanning Acoustic Tomograph) test and proven there was no void / debonding after TC test?

Hi Ochi,

"Passed" means that after TC, all the units passed ATE test and the sampled units all passed SAM(Scanning Acoustic Microscopy) test.
