TPS1641: Max value of tSCP_DLY

Hello,

The datasheet speficies only TYP value for tSCP_DLY, Short-Circuit protection delay, as 280nsec.
My csutomer would like to to know the max value of it.
They understnad TI can't garatnee it, but they would like to know it as just a reference.
Rough value like just an simulation value or design target value is OK.

Hi Oba,

Value we put in datasheet comes from simulation for a typical case. Short circuit response time highly depends on load current slew rate(inverse relation) and actual way how short is applied so it is difficult to put a max number.

You can assume that it can go upto a us.
