Hi, can you provide the Enable pin pull-up resistance over temperature?
It's critical for our application.

Hi Fabio,
Typically, the pullup resistance does not vary much as a result of temperature. The rated enable pullup resistance for the UCC27624 is 200kΩ is typical over TA = TJ = –40°C to 150°C. We do have data for the enable pullup resistance vs. VDD for the UCC27624, and I pasted it below for your convenience:
Thanks,

Hi Rubas,
With voltage is +5/-10% that is already too much for my application.
Can you get also the data of Temperature variation or TI does not have this information internally?
Thank you!
Hi Fabio,
I found a bench test, where at -40ºC, the resistance was 188kΩ, and at 150ºC, the resistance was 211kΩ. However, please keep in mind that this is just a limited bench test, and not a large sample test.
Thanks,
Rubas
