BQ28Z610-R1: BQ28Z610 Low-current discharge charge and RSOC not updated

Is it possible to receive a log file from bqStudio depicting the occurrence you are seeing along with the .gg file of the gauge settings?

After looking into this log file, I believe I need some clarification on where this issue is happening. I see that there is a section of highlighted RSOC values, however the SOC is at 0. From Row 1625 to 1805, there is a log file depicting 0A current being passed through the device where the RSOC is at 100%. Is this where the issue is occurring?

Line 1625 to 1805 is the rest of the battery, line 3626 to 3803 is where the problem occurs, line 3626 starts charging, RSOC has been showing 0%, but the voltage of the battery has reached 3.4 V. The 0% we set corresponds to a voltage of 3.0 V.

How was the .gg file pulled for this gauge? There seems to be a decent amount of parameters missing, such as all of the FC and FD parameters. 

Also, can you please check what device that .gg file was pulled from? I believe that device number at the top of the .gg (0546) is for bq27546.

The picture above indicates an SOC anomaly.The SOC should be around 40%.

The picture above indicates that the SOC is normal.

At the same voltage point, the difference of SOC is about 5%. Please give us some advice.
