BQ25792EVM: Input load switch rise time

Part Number: BQ25792EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25792, BQ24800

Hello all,

I'm evaluating the BQ25792 using the BQ25792EVM.

I use a single USB input as shown:

I measured the load switch rise time during a VBUS hot plug, and it was about 100usec.

In order to reduce inrush current caused by a relatively hi VBUS capacitance (2x10uF on VBUS + 3x10uF on PMID), I need a bit more than 100usec rise time...more like 500usc - 1msec.

Is it possible to add a RC circuit to the ACDRV pin (as shown above) in order to slow down the FET rise time?

I would appreciate other suggestions if there is simpler solution.

Thanks!
