Hi Team,

I am developing BMS for 4s, 2p 5Ah Sodium ion battery with BQ7791506. Please see the following specifications.

Continuous Charging Current: 5A

Continuous Discharging Current: 30A

Peak Charging Current: 75A, 10sec.

Cell Over Voltage: 3.95V

Cell under voltage: 2.9V

Cell Nominal Voltage: 3.1V

Application: For Motor Cycle Starter Battery

Please share the design calculations and schematic for the above spec.

    Hi Jaya, 

    Its the customer responsibility to design their own schematic and perform the calculations for their system design. You can use resources on ti.com such as user guides, and make sure to follow the specs on the datasheet to design your systems. If you have a roadblock or specific question for support you can post another E2E with the same.
