I designed my circuit with REG710-3.3V (Fxied output voltage) model.

[Issue statement]

Output voltage is 1.69V when EN pin is pulled low.

** Note: When my mcu give HIGH on EN pin, 3.3V measured correctly.

Since there is Schottky diode directly on OUTPUT pin, there's no way the 1.69V would come from external load or other components.

Should it be 0V when EN is LOW?

I checked over 10 times for the circuit.

Hi Kim,,

What is the Vin when EN is low? True shutdown requires the Vin be higher than about 3V. Refer to the datasheet:

The EN pin enables the IC when pulled high and places it into energy-saving shutdown mode when pulled low. When in shutdown mode, the output is disconnected from the input and the quiescent current is reduced to 0.01 μA typical. This shutdown mode functionality is only valid when VIN is above the minimum recommended operating voltage. The EN pin cannot be left floating and must be actively terminated either high or low.

You could double check the Vin .

Of course, I checked the datasheet part you mentioned.

Definitely, above 3.0V

That's why I raised this question.
