The pin status is ignored for the standard watchdog. You can ground the pin in this case.

Hi Nick,
Customer connect a 10k ohms to ground. It looks ok, right? Or it is recommend to ground / connect a 0 ohm to ground?

Sorry, I was on vacation until today. The 10kohm pull down resistor is fine to leave there, but they could get rid of it and ground the pin if they wanted to save some money and board space.
