I have made the following customisations in the schematic
- Removed ACDRV and used two diodes in parallel in place to lower voltage drops
- Adapter current limit: 1.8A
- Adapter voltage: 15V (typical) 20V(Max) from USB-PD adapter, which will increase voltage from 5V to 15V with negotiation. No 15V hot plug-in.
- Fast charging current: 500mA
- Termination current: 100mA
- Charging voltage: 12.3V (3 series cells of 4.2V, charging them to 4.1V/cell)
- BATDRV: Removed
- Inductor: 6.8uH 4.5A 50mOhm, Output capacitor: 20uF 50V X5R
- STAT2, PG - Unused
- STAT1 - Pulled up to connect to Microcontroller
- TS - Disabled using voltage divider (50% of V ref)
- From the 10mOhm (ACN end) taking out the power to the system using a diode network to prevent current flowing back from the system to VCC of BQ24610, but to ensure that IinDPM works for the whole system with the sense resistors
- Safety timer is disabled, termination is enabled
- All capacitors are rated for 50V
- Sense resistors of 10mOhm are rated for 250mW (1.8A and 500mA are the expected maximum flow of current)

Can TI Experts help me review the schematic and provide feedback for improvement ?
Thanks a lot in advance for the extended help.
