    Gou,

    Please see datasheet differences between "legacy chip" and "new chip". The M3 version is new chip only whereas the non-M3 version will be a mixture of legacy and new chip depending on the datecode of purchase. If the CSO is marked RFAB on the shipping label then they are new chip.
