The customer is looking for a GaN solution: PFC+LCC. Input is 380V-400V, output is 24V with 25A, please help recommend suitable TI models, Thanks!

Hi Zan,

We have reference designs listed at: https://www.ti.com/reference-designs/ .

Off the top of my head TIDM-010062, PMP41006, & PMP41043 are all PFC+LLC options utilizing GaN to reach higher switching frequencies with smaller form factors.

These are mainly in the 1kW-1.6kW, but should be a good starting point for the description you gave above.
