We have a 3V (700mA) LED, which needs to be modulated from 100Hz to 2MHz with a 50% duty cycle (square wave). I wannted to enquir if the above driver (TPS61500) will work. Also would like to know what is the minimum frequency modulation possible by TPS61169 and TPS92360
