Hi Lijia,
I don't see it will damage device if there is no supply. How much voltage are you expecting on enable pin? make voltage not goes higher than supply voltage.

The EN voltage may higher than VIN. I think it should be a risk that leakage current flows from EN to VIN. Any other risk?

Apart from this I dont see other risk. Can you give more information on application ? why EN is high.

Hi Tanvee,
EN is controlled by another timing controller, in some power down cases, EN will keep high while VIN is powered off.
