Hi

We used four boards of this model. After the computer test, one of the boards was abnormal and did not respond, and there was no output after the PWM input was given. Could you please help confirm the reason

    Hi Yingjiao,

    Thank for your interest in our products and reaching out on E2E!

    Some immediate thoughts that come to mind:

    • Are the jumpers in the same configuration?
    • Are the probes/alligator clamps making contact with other pins?
    • What is the order in which the board is powered up?
      • Ideally want to power up the supplies first before giving any inputs to avoid exceeding datasheet specifications
      • Measure resistance between output side pins (VDDx-VSSx, VDDx-OUTx, OUTx-VSSx)
        • Check for shorts

    Hi Yingjiao,

    Do you mean the gate driver output?

    The gate driver output diodes can be modeled as such:

    Exceeding the datasheet specs can cause damage to these diodes.
