TL431LI-Q1: Line regulation and load regulation

Please refer the the Electrical Characteristics table in section 7.5 of the TL431LI-Q1 datasheet:

For characteristics similar to load and line regulation, I would pay close attention to Ratio of change in reference voltage to the change in cathode voltage and Dynamic Impedance. Please keep in mind that these characteristics also depend in some ways on how you have configured your circuit, so please make sure to look at the figures referenced in the table as well, such as Figure 14 for Dynamic Impedance and Figure 15 for Ratio of change in reference voltage to the change in cathode voltage.
