TPS7A54: output issue when pull en low

Hi Team,

Customer report the vout waveform is abnormal when pull the enable low. Pls check the waveform and schematic below. As double check with customer the test method is good. Do you have any comments for this case?

    To me, this looks like a capacitor decay on the output. Could you please send me another scope shot zoomed out. I want to see if the output settles eventually? What is the customer measuring at their output after the decay?

    Hi Hannah,

    Vout will eventually stabilize to 0V. Please refer to the waveform below.

    In addition, share the waveform with Bias signal as follows.

    Not every device has this abnormal waveform. But the problem appears in multiple rails(1.2V to 0.9V *4, 1.8V to 1.5V rail *1). Is this issue known? Can you please suggest how to debug?
