TPS82150: TPS82150 equivalent number of transistors

Part Number: TPS82150

To calculate a reliability number according to MIL-HDBK-217 for the TPS82150 I have assumed that it falls into the "MOS Technology" "Linear Microcircuits" Technology. I would need the range of the number of transistors. I have not been able to find it anywhere in the documentation.

The possible ranges are:

1 to 100 transistors

101 to 303 transistors

301 to 1000 transistors

1001 to 10.000 transistors

Hi, thank you for your prompt answer,

I don't need to know the transistor count of the device, only a range. And not even that, maybe it is enough with knowing some ranges (it is below 10000 transistors, for example). If I have no idea of what the transistor count may be I have to go with the conservative estimate (1001 to 10.000 transistors) and as a result the reliability figure (the number of faults per million hours) is going to be higher. If the number is too high I might not be able to use this component in my design and I might need to use another one.
