BQ28Z610-R1: BQ28Z610-R1 battery display is abnormal

Part Number: BQ28Z610-R1

Hello! The BQ28Z610-R1 SOC I am currently debugging displays abnormal battery power. Discharge setting When the SOC is 0%, the set voltage is 3.0V. When the SOC is 5%, the set voltage is 3.2V. When the discharge is 0% and then charged, the battery will be displayed when the charge is less than 100%, and only 95% will be displayed. Is there a problem with the setting there? Are the configurations of SOC Flag Configuration A and B correct? Thanks!
