LM74703-Q1: The difference between LM74703-Q1 and LM74704-Q1

Hello Expert,

Our customer is considering to use LM74703-Q1 or LM74704-Q1.

Then could you please answer following questions?

What is the difference between both devices?
As far as I confirmed the difference is only output type of FETGOOD.
But is there any other differences?
Could you please tell me output status of FETGOOD during VBATT is applied but EN is low for LM74703-Q1 and LM74704-Q1?
Our expectation is FETGOOD is Hi-z to minimize current consumption during EN is low.

Hi Kazuki,

1. There are no differences in the two, only difference is output type of FETGOOD.

2. In LM74703-Q1, FETGOOD will stay low. In LM74704-Q1, FETGOOD will stay high.

Hi Shiven,

I understand that the the difference is only FET good and 703 will be low but 704 will be Hi-z during EN=low.
