When thermal shutdown works, does STAT pin blink at 1kHz same as other error mode?

    Hi Goto 

    Yes -- STAT will blink at 1kHz.

    Update -- No for thermal shutdown the STAT pin blink is a short pulse every 2 sec.  

    If you are seeing 1kHz this could be open battery condition, unit cycle between charge and charge complete.
