I see that the datasheet has total ionizing dose (TID) data - do you have any heavy ion test data (Single Event Effect, SEE, such as SEL, SET, SEB, etc.) or proton test data for this device? Thank you for your help.

Hi Brent,
The TL1431-SP was released prior to TI creating SEE reports for all new devices, so we do not have a TI source for SEE data on this device. However, there is a third-party study from IEEE that reports the SEE performance of this device and notes the LET and other testing conditions (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/9325851). The TL1431-SP is bipolar so it is immune to SEL.
The TID and NDD reports can be found on the part's web page on ti.com
Thanks,
Sarah
