    Hello Takako,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. The CSD16301Q2 passes150V HBM & 2000V CDM. This is an older device and a newer, lower cost 30V FET is available: CSD17318Q2. It is p2p compatible to the CSD16301Q2 and passes 350V HBM & 1000V CDM.
