My customer is using BQ25611D, and they find in 2 pcs prototype, bq25611d will power reset immediately after QON pin pull low, and others can well power reset after the so called tQON_RST(minimum 8s). They also replace the IC and find this issue go with the 2 pcs IC.
I have read out the datasheet and don't find any register or configuration can affect tQON_RST time. Do you have any comments to help find out the reason?
