The operating voltage range of REF3020AIDBZR can be found in section 7.3 of its datasheet:

It is -40°C to 125°C.

Hi Gauri

Operating voltage range is 2.102 V to 5.5V when you are not drawing any current from the output.

It will be 2.5V to 5.5V if you are loading the REF pin.
