Tool/software:

In my application I want TPS929240 to have all the required configuration(channels, currents, failsafe etc) already saved in EEPROM during EOL.

So, my application will not have to set these configuration every time when powered-on.

Is it possible ?? and same applies to TPS929160-Q1 ??

Certainly, you can. TI recommends that the EEPROM burning be done in the end of production line.

Can you share what are minimal connections required for EEPROM burning when multiple devices are placed on same pcb.

RX/TX, VBAT , VLDO, REF, ADDx and GND are expected.

why ADDx is required if I want to config address through software ?

If you are using external address to config ,then you need to connect them. If ref, it is ok.

Does TI have any configuration tool and hardware for production/EOL ?

I don't think so. Users should have a bunch of different programmers in factory.
