Hello, I was curious about safe operating area of the integrated FET for the TPS1663, especially during the in-rush current control mode.
I see that the datasheet gives Figure 7-13 as the load limit for heavy capacitive loads, but I just want to confirm that the FET SOA is enveloped by this thermal dissipation curve. Is the linear region performance of the FET guaranteed across the entire range of output currents / in-rush control durations and temperatures?
