TPS2041B: PSpice Model - Incorrect Symbol

Hi Team,

It looks like the symbol for the TPS2041B on the unencrypted model is incorrect. Can you confirm if this is actually correct and that we should tie both IN0 and IN1 together, and similarly with the three outputs?

Thanks,

JP

  • Hi JP,

Thank you for reaching out, please expect a delay in response due to holiday and unforeseen inclement weather.

    Thanks and Regards,

  • Hello JP,

Pin 4, or the Enable input, of the TPS2041B is active low. The schematic shows that it is tied to GND and pulled up with a 10k resistor.

Other than this, the pin out is correct and reflects the SOIC or HVSSOP package.

Yes, the TPS2041B is a single channel power switch, so the IN pins, as well as the OUT pins, can be tied together.
