TPS25981: QOD Feature & Overtemperature protection threshold

Part Number: TPS25981

Tool/software:

Experts,

QOD

Could you please help us list all the conditions to trigger the QOD MOSFET turn-on and discharge the output ?

Datasheet just lists one trigger condition: the VEN<VUVLO … however, our customer got some feedbacks, OC/UV event could also trigger this QOD, please help us confirm it .

Overtemperature

We noticed that the OTP threshold of TPS259814L is set to 154C (typical), meanwhile the absolute maximum rating : Tj_storage temperature is -65  to 150 C and the recommended operating TJ is -40 to 125C;

It looks like the OTP threshold(154C) is too high; would this impact the life span/reliability and even make the eFuse flawed after OTP happened ?

Thanks,

Jexy
