Just curious to know why there is pull down resistor on data out line..

    This is from the USB 2.0 specification for the speed identification mechanism:

    1. Downstream facing ports require 15kΩ ±5% connected to ground. 
    2. Full-speed devices require a 1.5kΩ ±5% pull-up resistor connected from D+ to 3.3V.
    3. Low-speed devices require a 1.5kΩ ±5% pull-up resistor connected from D- to to 3.3V.

    For High-speed device speed identification, see Section 7.1.5.2 in the USB 2.0 specification document.
