LM3648: Flags1 Register

Tool/software:

Dear Sir,

I have a issue the IC is working but there is no output voltage.
I read the IC register 0x0A the value is 0x0004.
I kwon IC over heat will cause this register bit to be set to 1.
But I check IC surface temperature is 60 ℃.
Are there any other situation or external settings that would cause this situation?

    Can you please share the other register value read back from device and can you confirm that the register value read back is correct? Or maybe you can provide the interface waveform to me, then I can judge if it's right.
