Hi 

I need help regarding power up the LM5169P chip. I am facing the issue when I applied VIN 50V the IC burnout . I don't know the reason why?

I have compare my circuit with  application circuit that is given on Datasheet the whole circuit looks fine but i don't know where is problem in my circuit. My design circuit is given below.

    Hi Ahsan,

    I looked into your schematic. I don't see input capacitor placed closed to the device.

    It is strongly recommended to place the input capacitor close to the  LM5169P device and check if the issue goes away after placing CIN capacitor. 

    Even after placing capacitor, if you still see issue; for further debug keep input voltage to say around 45V and capture the VIN voltage, Vout, Switching waveforms and slowly increase the voltage from 45V to 46V/47V/48V and check if any abnormal behavior on the waveforms.
